Registration and the API key

Route4me authenticates your API requests using your private API key. To get the key, you'll need to register and start a free trial. You can start a free 30-day trial by logging into Route4Me with GitHub SSO.

To use GitHub Single Sign-On to register your Route4Me account, all you have to do is go to the Route4Me Sign-In Page, select the GitHub authentication method, and then follow the authentication steps.

After you successfully log in, click the menu icon (☰), go to Security in the sidebar, select API Key, and then click the eye or copy icon to copy your key.

Now you have the API key and are ready to send requests and receive responses.
